These terms govern your use of nest1hs.com.au (the "site"), the free tools provided through it (including the 12-question Free Assessment and SentriX VP), the workbooks available through The Vault, and the consulting services described on the site. By using any of these you agree to these terms.

The Free Assessment, SentriX VP dashboard, benchmark figures, and any other information published on the site are provided as general guidance for hospitality operators. They are not a substitute for engaged professional advice tailored to your venue, your jurisdiction, or your circumstances.
We make a good-faith effort to keep this material accurate and current. We do not warrant it. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on free tools, free assessments, or freely-published content.
Workbooks sold through The Vault and consulting engagements (The Read, retainers, etc.) are governed by their own terms — set out at the point of purchase for workbooks, and in a separate engagement letter for consulting work. Where those specific terms conflict with anything on this page, the specific terms take priority.
Workbooks are delivered digitally through Payhip. Refund eligibility follows Payhip's marketplace terms. Custom consulting engagements follow the refund and cancellation terms set out in the engagement letter signed at the start of the work.
All content on the site — including the NEST Method, the SentriX brand and product suite, the assessment framework, the workbook content, the visual identity, written copy, and code — is owned by Nest Hospitality Solutions or licensed to us. You may:

The site links to and integrates with services operated by other parties — including Calendly (call booking), Payhip (workbook purchases), the SentriX suite (suite.nest1hs.com.au), Google Analytics, and Netlify (hosting and form storage). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content, conduct, or outages on third-party services.
Personal information you give us through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy.
The site, the free tools, and the published content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Nest Hospitality Solutions and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data — arising from your use of the site, the free tools, or the published content.
