This policy explains what personal information we collect through nest1hs.com.au and the SentriX VP free tool at nest1hs.com.au/sentrix-vp, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

SentriX VP free tool

Email address provided to unlock the dashboard, plus the venue numbers you choose to enter. Numbers stay on your device.

Workbook purchases (Payhip)

Handled entirely by Payhip. We receive the email address tied to your purchase. Card data never reaches us.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 collects standard web traffic data (page views, device type, country-level location, referring source). No personally identifying information.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the resource you asked for, fulfil a purchase, and understand at an aggregate level how the site is used. We do not collect information for any other purpose.

How we use it

Direct contact — replying to an enquiry you sent us.
Delivery — sending you the assessment breakdown or workbook you requested.
Service operation — running the SentriX VP dashboard for the session.
Improvement — aggregate analytics to see which pages and tools are most useful.

We do not run an email newsletter and we do not enrol you in any automated follow-up sequence unless you have explicitly asked for one.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to operate the site and respond to you. Each holds your information under their own privacy terms — review theirs directly for full detail.

Netlify — site hosting and form submission storage. Netlify Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics — anonymised traffic analytics. Google Privacy Policy.
Payhip — workbook purchases and product delivery. Payhip Privacy Policy.
Calendly — discovery call scheduling when you book through the site. Calendly Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketing agencies, data brokers, or any party not listed above.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored within Netlify's infrastructure. Email correspondence is held in our business email account. Some providers above process data outside Australia (commonly the United States and the European Union) under contractual arrangements that include data protection commitments. By using the site you consent to this cross-border processing where applicable.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries — retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless a longer retention is required by law or by an active engagement.
Assessment email submissions — retained for 12 months, then deleted.
Workbook purchase records — retained for 7 years to comply with Australian Taxation Office record-keeping requirements.
Analytics — Google Analytics default retention (14 months), aggregated thereafter.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for the Google Analytics service described above. No advertising or tracking cookies for third-party marketing networks are used. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking site functionality.

Children

The site is intended for hospitality business operators. It is not directed at and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the site, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights under the APPs

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Withdrawal — ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose, or to delete it (subject to tax-record retention obligations).
Complaint — raise a concern about how we have handled your information.

Send any of these requests to info@nest1hs.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for a reasonable period after the update.
